Refund Policy

At 360 Degree Event Planner, we strive to deliver exceptional event planning services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided and the process to request a refund.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of the event by 360 Degree Event Planner due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Significant failure to deliver agreed-upon services as outlined in the contract.

  • Duplicate payment or billing errors.

Please note that refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Cancellations or changes initiated by the client without mutual agreement.

  • Services already rendered or events that have taken place.

  • Non-refundable deposits or fees specified in the contract.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must notify us in writing of any cancellations.

  • Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of the cancellation relative to the event date, as specified in your agreement.

  • The earlier the cancellation, the higher the chance of a partial refund, subject to costs already incurred.


3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to 360depjashore@gmail.com within 7 days of the event cancellation or issue occurrence.

  • Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed promptly.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

  • You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.


4. Changes to Services

  • If you request changes to your event services, these must be communicated clearly and agreed upon in writing.

  • Changes may affect pricing and refund eligibility depending on the scope and timing.
